My name is Jen and I am a mom of 6---my half dozen delights as I like to call them. I never imagined that I would have half a dozen kids, but am so blessed to be their mom and get to learn from them. I became a mom almost 16 years ago and had my youngest just over 3 years ago. Being a mom is something that I always wanted to be, but never knew how much work it took and how much love and heartache comes along with it. This blog is to make life real on how to raise half a dozen kids in this era and to keep things real. I am not perfect, my kids are not perfect, and I don't pretend to be perfect......we live and love life here!
I have what some people refer to as the brady bunch family.....although my husband and I have been married for over 18 years and all the kids are ours. We have 3 beautiful girls and then 3 handsome boys. Raising girls and raising boys are so fun, yet they are different creatures. Different instincts that they are born with and show throughout their daily lives. My youngest are twin boys who keep life real and happening for us all.
